TERMS & CONDITIONS (USER AGREEMENT)
It must be known that Book of Ventura carries no association or cooperative efforts with Mojang. If you have any concerns in regard to this, please contact us at admin@bookofventura.net and we will reply within 24 hours. All purchases can be refunded within 48 hours, though after such time has passed, the purchase will be finalised and not refunded by the server. In the event that you are banned or denied further access to the server, all packages may be removed depending on the reason for your denial, as well as the administration's verdict. In addition to this, if we find that a donor is misusing and abusing their perks, we are fully within our bounds to remove said perks without a refund. It should also be noted that packages will only apply to the account they have been purchased for, meaning that you cannot request for free transfer or sharing of your packages amongst alts.
Book Of Ventura is a private company within Minecraft. All goods are provided within such; we are not Mojang nor are we supported by them, or related to them in anyway. For all queries relating to this, contact us at our email address: admin@bookofventura.net.
All donations made to Book of Ventura are reinvested into the running costs of the server, as well as technical maintenance to ensure a smooth experience for the playerbase.
Within our terms our Player Rules and Polices are also enforced, any abuse of store perks can and will result of store perks without a refund.
